Sanjiv is a researcher, writer and consultant working on racial justice. He is the Founder and Director of Reframing Race. Sanjiv has written extensively on racism; recent work includes It Takes a System, on systemic racism, and Home Truths, about racism in the charity sector.

Nina is a strategic communications consultant with more than 15 years of experience working with and for social justice initiatives. She is the Director of Content and Communications for Reframing Race. Nina has a background in journalism and is a writer. She recently received a Master’s in Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge.

Pamela is a comms strategist and content creator with a passion for community building and social justice. She has worked on issues from food justice to ethical fashion, crafting impactful campaigns, partnerships, and stakeholder experiences that drive meaningful change. Pamela creates content (predominantly visual and digital) for Reframing Race.
